1. Order Processing & Production Lead Times

Because we maintain a strict focus on manufacturing integrity, structural reliability, and fine finishing, order fulfillment windows vary based on the item type:

  • In-Stock Retail Products: Orders for standard pieces currently available in our inventory are processed and prepared for transit within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Made-to-Order & Bespoke Retail Furniture: Standard catalog products requiring specific wood choices, custom upholstery fabrics, or unique configurations are built and dispatched strictly within the agreed timeline (with a flexible window of ±3 business days) to account for rigorous final quality control and setting times.
  • Bulk Commercial & Custom Specs Projects: Timelines for high-volume contract orders, custom architectural specifications, and large hospitality rollouts are determined on an individual project-by-project basis. A precise production and milestone dispatch schedule will be formally established during your initial B2B project onboarding.

2. Domestic Deliveries (Within Pakistan)

We operate secure, specialized furniture transit channels across major metropolitan hubs, ensuring proper handling of heavy, high-end wooden and upholstered items.

  • Delivery Windows: Once dispatched from our primary facility in Lahore, standard transit timelines are as follows:
    • Lahore & Surrounding Areas: 1 to 3 business days.
    • Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad: 5 to 7 business days.
    • Other Destinations: 7 to 10 business days.
  • White-Glove Delivery & Installation: For premium residential deliveries across select cities, our specialized internal team provides on-site placement, unboxing, and structural assembly. Please ensure your doorways, corridors, and elevators are measured adequately to accommodate the furniture dimensions before our arrival.

3. International Bulk Supply & Global Logistics

Leveraging established containerized freight networks and robust international shipping infrastructure, Mohkam Concepts regularly services B2B developers, retailers, and hospitality brands globally.

  • Freight Options: International commercial shipments can be booked via Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) or expedited Air Freight, depending on your project budget and urgency constraints.
  • Shipping Terms: Global shipments are primarily handled under standard commercial terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or EXW) as explicitly outlined in your project’s master service agreement or invoice parameters.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international shipments, the recipient or importing entity is solely responsible for handling local customs clearance, import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or localized handling fees levied by the destination country.

4. Delivery Inspection, Title, and Risk of Loss

Furniture represents a major, long-term investment. To protect your property, we implement strict transfer-of-liability protocols:

  • Mandatory Arrival Inspection: We strongly mandate that you, or an authorized representative, thoroughly inspect all structural surfaces, joints, and fabric components immediately upon delivery.
  • Transit Damage Protocol: In the highly unlikely event that an item suffers damage during transit, note the discrepancies clearly on the carrier's proof-of-delivery (POD) receipt before signing, and contact our Customer Care desk within 48 hours. Provide clear, high-resolution photographs so our engineering team can fast-track a repair, replacement component, or exchange structural rollout.
  • Transfer of Liability: In accordance with standard e-commerce operations, once a shipment is successfully transferred, inspected, and signed for by the client (or delivered to a designated international carrier under specific B2B freight terms), legal title and risk of loss pass to the buyer.

5. Delivery Address Adjustments & Failed Attempts

Address Modifications: To preserve transaction security, delivery addresses cannot be modified once an order has been accepted and loaded into our shipping carrier’s dispatch system.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will coordinate with you via phone or message prior to arrival. If a delivery fails because the client was unreachable, absent during the scheduled window, or if access constraints (e.g., narrow entryways) prevent safe offloading, the client will be responsible for subsequent re-delivery charges, terminal holding fees, or return logistics expenses.
